Regenerate Skill

The regenerate skill says it repairs 1% of damage per second with a limit of 30% (before investing any skill points).  To be clear...

1) Does this mean 1% of damage taken up to that point?  So if the titan started with 30000 but had taken 10000, it would get 100 health per second?  And that amount would change as the Titan takes more damage and heals?

2) Does a limit of 30% mean 30% of total starting hit points (base hit points + upgraded hit points)?

Repair speed is always 1% of max health; thus titan with max 30000 (after all upgrades) will repair 300/second.

Maximum repaired amount is given X% of the damage taken; if titan has skill as 30% and takes 10000 damage, it will repair 3000 out of it

Thus if titan has 30000 (max) health and skill 40% and takes 10000 damage, it will repair 4000 damage at rate of 300/s. So 1) means 1% of total health and is not based on damage taken, and 2) is based on damage taken.

Another example: titan with 60000 max health and skill 60% takes 20000 damage - it repairs 12000 (20000*60%) of that damage at rate of 600/second (1% of 60000).

What about the warp zone? It seems like Titans only regenerate on the first battle they're used in?

Because they only regen the amount they lose, and that info doesn't last after a battle ends.

Sense! Thanks for clearing that up.
So basically it'd be smart to wait before clearing the last remaning enemy base. (usually the top one on devils quarter, talking of warp zone ofc.)
